Speaker’s Bio Suha Selçuk Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer™ & Registered Scrum Trainer™ With his first Scrum experience in Sony's enterprise Scrum transformation back in 2009, he discovered his passion for Agile. Having been part of the pilot Scrum teams as an IBM consultant, he continued his career as an Agile coach and trainer, delivering Agile/Scrum training to over 1,500 individuals. In 2016, he founded Training4Agile, where he provided Agile transformation consultancy and training services to various prominent companies, including B/S/H Home Appliances, Hepsipay.com, Emlakjet.com, IBSS, Borusan Automotive, Ziraat Bank, Allianz Insurance, Garanti Technology, ETS Tur, Vakıfbank, Protel, TAV Technologies, and Groupama Insurance. He is also the author of the book "Failure Stories - Retrospective of Agile Transformation Journeys & Tips for Effective Transformations." In addition, he is a regular speaker at events and meetups, having spoken at over 45 meetups and events to date.
