Japan, despite being the birthplace of scrum, has many companies that haven't fully embraced agility. Scrum Inc. Japan aims to change that, starting with ourselves. With self-management and transparency at the core of our practice, we're committed to living scrum, not just adopting it.
I'll share how Scrum Inc. Japan uses Scrum and elements of Scrum@Scale (S@S), highlighting what works and what doesn't, along with the cultural nuances we've encountered. I'll also share insights from our experiences with clients in Japan and globally.
