Common Sense Scaling

Thema: Scrum across the organization

Zielgruppe: Beginner

Abstract:
In this VUCA world we live in, being Agile is one of the things you could try to do to deal with all this uncertainty, risk and complexity. Most IT departments/organizations have come to this insight already, now followed by the marketing and HR departments, governmental institutions and other businesses. There are different ways to approach this desire of becoming more Agile; from having huge transformation plans perfectly defined in numerous descriptions to starting with one team and experience how that works. Either way, at some point you will probably have multiple teams working on the same product or you have multiple teams working on different products. How to structure and to organize that, with what roles and what events? There is only one method I advise, that is Common Sense Scaling. It consists of 10 tips you should or should not do when thinking about delivering value with multiple teams.
