Biographie:
Matthias Rodewald has been familiar with Scrum for about ten years and has been active as a consultant exclusively in Scrum projects for over five years. He has gained a wealth of experience with global development teams, particularly in the automotive industry. He specializes in international turnaround projects, where he stabilizes projects after failed implementations and guides and accompanies the teams to success. As a trainer, he has also trained numerous Product Owner and Scrum Masters. In Summer of 2021 he found his consulting company focusing solely on Scrum.
